Service animal and ESA (Emotional Support Animal) documentation will be reviewed.
Restricted breeds: American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Bull Terrier, Cane Corso, Mastiff Breeds, German Shepherd, Presa Canarios, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, Chow Chow, Shar-pei, Wolf dog.
Any mix containing the above breeds and any non-domestic breeds.
Dangerous or poisonous animals are not permitted in the home as a pet.
Pet fees apply.
Applicants must provide a photo of each pet.
